2 tbsp chia seeds
4.2 oz (120 g) smooth natural peanut butter
2.8 fl oz (80 ml) maple syrup

Instructions

  • In medium bowl, mix oats and chia seeds.
  • Add peanut butter and maple syrup. Stir until fully combined.
  • Transfer bowl to freezer for 10 to 15 minutes to let firm.
  • Roll mixture into 12 even balls.
  • Serve immediately or keep in fridge.
