Slow Cooker Asian Citrus Shredded Chicken

Ingredients
3 lbs. (1.4kg) boneless skinless chicken breasts
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
2 cups (480ml) chicken broth
juice of 1 orange
4 tbsp. tamari sauce
4 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp. hoisin sauce
1 tbsp. sesame oil
2 tsp. Chinese five spice powder

Instructions
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper and place in the base of a slow cooker.
- In a bowl, whisk together all the remaining ingredients and pour into the slow cooker, covering the chicken.
- Cook the chicken on high for 3 hours. Once chicken has cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix together with the cooking liquor.
