4 tbsp maple syrup
5.3 oz (150 g) mashed blueberries
2 large eggs
4.2 fl oz (125 ml) unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and spray donut pan with cooking spray.
- In medium bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients.
- In large bowl, whisk coconut sugar and maple syrup. Add mashed blueberries, eggs, and almond milk. Stir until well combined.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture. Add melted coconut oil and stir again until fully incorporated.
- Fill each donut mold generously. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before transferring to wire rack. Be careful not to leave in pan too long, as they will continue to bake and may become dry.
- Serve or store in airtight container in cool, dry place.
