Instructions

  • In bowl, toss shrimp with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning until evenly coated.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add shrimp to skillet and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lime wedges.
  • If desired, serve with cooked white rice and green peas.
