Instructions
- In bowl, toss shrimp with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning until evenly coated.
- Heat 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add shrimp to skillet and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lime wedges.
- If desired, serve with cooked white rice and green peas.
