Sesame Tuna Steak with Slaw

Ingredients
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 lime (½ juiced, ½ cut into wedges)
5 oz (150 g) cabbage, shredded
4 oz (120 g) red bell pepper, sliced
3.5 oz (100 g) bean sprouts
1 oz (30 g) peanuts, toasted, chopped
2 x 4.2 oz (120 g) tuna steaks
1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions
- In bowl, combine sesame oil, lime juice, and pinch of salt and pepper. Toss with cabbage, bell pepper, bean sprouts, and peanuts.
- Heat non-stick skillet over high heat. Season tuna steaks with salt and pepper, then coat with sesame seeds.
- Sear for 3 minutes per side until sesame crust forms and center remains pink.
- Let rest for a few minutes, then serve with slaw and lime wedges.
