No-Bake Tahini Cashew Bars

7.5 oz (210 g) raw cashews
9 oz (250 g) soft pitted dates
4.2 oz (120 g) tahini
4.2 oz (120 g) dark chocolate chips

Instructions
- Pulse cashews in food processor until finely ground. Add dates and tahini. Blend until thick dough forms.
- Line 7 x 7 inch (18 x 18 cm) baking dish with parchment. Press dough firmly into pan.
- Melt chocolate using double boiler or microwave. Spread evenly over dough.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours. Slice into 12 bars.
