1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

  • Blend dates in food processor until paste forms. If dates are not soft enough, soak and drain before blending.
  • Add oats, chocolate chips, chia seeds, and peanut butter. Blend or mix until combined.
  • Roll into 1-inch balls (about 1 oz/30 g each). Chill for 15 minutes to set.
  • Store in airtight container in fridge for 1 week.
