1 tbsp harissa powder
2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat chickpeas completely dry and spread on lined baking sheet. Toss with 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, ½ teaspoons salt, harissa, and garlic powder.
- Roast for 30 minutes, shaking halfway.
- For extra crispness, turn oven off, crack door open, and let cool in oven for another 30 minutes (optional).
- Store in airtight container.
