Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat chickpeas completely dry and spread on lined baking sheet. Toss with 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, ½ teaspoons salt, harissa, and garlic powder.
  • Roast for 30 minutes, shaking halfway.
  • For extra crispness, turn oven off, crack door open, and let cool in oven for another 30 minutes (optional).
  • Store in airtight container.
