Ingredients

5.6 oz (160 g) tagliatelle pasta
3 oz (90 g) fresh spinach
0.5 oz (15 g) fresh basil
8 fl oz (240 ml) canned light coconut milk
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp onion powder
To garnish (optional):
  grated vegan Parmesan
  chili flakes

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  • Blend all other ingredients in blender until smooth. Pour into saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring regularly. Simmer for 1 to 2 minutes until thickened. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Serve immediately with hot pasta.
  • Serve sprinkled with grated vegan Parmesan and chili flakes (optional).
