½ tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp ground cinnamon
4 fl oz (120 ml) almond milk, unsweetened
2 oz (60 g) ripe banana, mashed + ½ sliced banana for topping
1 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions
- In jar or bowl, mix oats, chia seeds, and cinnamon.
- Stir in milk, mashed banana, and maple syrup until fully combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 5 hours, preferably overnight.
- Stir well before serving. Top with sliced banana and sprinkle of cinnamon to enjoy.
