4 oz (120 g) plain Greek yogurt
4 oz (120 g) ricotta cheese
2 oz (60 g) mixed fresh berries
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp pistachios, chopped
1 tbsp honey

Instructions
- In medium bowl, combine yogurt, ricotta, vanilla extract, and lemon zest. Whip with hand mixer until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in berries.
- Spoon into serving dish and top with pistachios. Chill for 15 to 30 minutes if preferred cold. Drizzle honey and serve.
