5 oz (140 g) tuna in water, drained
4 oz (120 g) canned white beans, rinsed
2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 small clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Mash beans in bowl until mostly smooth. Add tuna, yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, and parsley. Mix until well combined. Adjust seasoning.
  • Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle chopped parsley to garnish, if desired. Serve with raw veggies, whole-grain crackers, or in lettuce cups.
