Instructions
- Heat ½ tablespoon extra virgin olive oil in nonstick pan over high heat. Add ground turkey, tamari, mirin, ginger, and sugar. Cook for 5 minutes, breaking meat into small pieces. Remove from pan and drain excess liquid.
- In bowl, whisk eggs with tamari, mirin, and sugar. Heat ½ tablespoons extra virgin olive oil in same pan over medium-high heat. Pour egg mixture in and scramble gently for 1 to 2 minutes, until cooked through.
- Divide between bowls with suggested ingredients or your desired sides. Serve immediately.
