Spicy Baked Kale Crisps

½ tsp. red pepper flakes (chili flakes)
1 tsp.garlic granules
¼ tsp. sea salt
9 oz. (250g) kale, stems removed
1 tbsp. olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 205°F (120°C). Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
- Mix the red pepper flakes, garlic granules and sea salt together. Place the kale in a large bowl and massage with the oil, then toss with the seasoning.
- Spread the leaves out on the baking sheet and bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes, turning the kale halfway through cooking.
- Once cooked, remove from the oven and toss again, set aside to cool.
