Baked Fish with Lemon Sauce

Ingredients
4 x 5.5 oz (155 g) white fish fillets, about 0.5 inch thick
4 tbsp (50 g) unsalted butter
2 fl oz (60 ml) oat cream
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1.5 tbsp lemon juice
1.5 tbsp shallots, finely chopped

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 390°F (200°C).
- Place fish in baking dish. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In small pot, combine butter, cream, garlic, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Heat, stirring occasionally, until melted.
- Sprinkle shallots and pour sauce over fish. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until just cooked.
- Serve with sauce and garnish with parsley and lemon slices (optional).
