1 oz (30 g) cornstarch
2.2 lbs (1 kg) pears, peeled, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease 8 x 8 in (20 x 20 cm) baking dish.
- In medium bowl, combine flour, coconut sugar, ¼ teaspoon salt, cinnamon, and melted butter. Mix with fork until mixture forms coarse crumbs. Set aside.
- In large bowl, mix sugar and cornstarch. Add chopped pears and toss until evenly coated.
- Pour pear mixture into prepared baking dish and spread out evenly. Sprinkle crumble topping evenly over fruit.
- Bake for 45 minutes, or until top is golden brown and filling is bubbling.
- Let cool for at least 20 minutes to allow filling to thicken. Serve warm or cold.
