Apple, Raisin, & Cinnamon Oat Bar

Ingredients
2.5 oz (70 g) raisins
2 tbsp dried apple pieces, chopped
4.75 oz (135 g) porridge oats
2.5 oz (70 g) jumbo oats
1 tbsp coconut oil
6 tbsp maple syrup
1 pinch ground cinnamon

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line baking sheet with parchment.
- In large bowl, mix raisins, apple, oats, and cinnamon.
- Melt coconut oil, 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, and maple syrup over medium heat until just bubbling. Pour syrup mixture over oats and stir well.
- Press into baking tray and spread evenly. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes until golden. Let cool before slicing into bars.
