Ingredients
10.5 oz (300 g) penne pasta
9 oz (250 g) broccoli, cut into small florets
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
9 oz (250 g) cooked ham, cut into chunks
5 fl oz (150 ml) oat cream
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2.5 oz (70 g) cheddar cheese, grated

Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, adding broccoli florets in during final 4 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.
- Meanwhile, heat 1 tablespoon oil in large pan over medium heat. Add onion and cook for 5 minutes until softened. Stir in garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add ham, oat cream, and mustard. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce to a simmer.
- Add cooked pasta and broccoli to pan. Stir in grated cheddar until melted and coat everything well in sauce.
- Serve warm with freshly ground black pepper.
