1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb (450 g) 5% lean ground beef
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp 7 spice (or allspice blend)
10 oz (285 g) green cabbage, chopped
1 lemon, juiced

Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook until soft, about 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds, until fragrant.
- Add ground beef and break apart. Cook until browned, about 5 to 6 minutes.
- Stir in cumin and 7 spice, then season with salt and pepper. Add chopped cabbage and cover pan. Simmer for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cabbage is tender.
- Remove from heat. Stir in lemon juice and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve warm.
