Herbed Egg Toast

Ingredients
8 large eggs, hard-boiled, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 medium lemon, zested, juiced
2 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped, plus extra for garnish
2 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped, plus extra for garnish
16 oz (450 g) Greek yogurt
4 slices bread, toasted

Instructions
- In medium bowl, combine garlic, lemon zest and juice, dill, chives, Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, and pinch of salt and pepper. Stir well.
- Spread generous layer of yogurt mixture on each slice of toast.
- Top each with two boiled eggs. Sprinkle of salt, pepper, and extra herbs to garnish. Serve immediately.
