4 oz (115 g) walnuts
3 oz (85 g) flaked unsweetened coconut
2 oz (60 ml) coconut oil
2 egg whites

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Add almonds, walnuts, coconut, and coconut oil to food processor. Pulse until mixture reaches your preferred granola texture. Add egg whites and pulse until just combined.
  • Spread mixture evenly on baking sheet. Bake for 14 to 16 minutes, or until golden and crisp. Let cool completely, then break into bite-sized clusters.
  • Store in airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
