7 oz (200 g) almonds
16 pitted medjool dates
4 tbsp cacao powder
2 ½ tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions
- Pulse almonds in food processor until finely chopped. Add dates and coconut oil, blending until combined. Add almond butter and cacao powder and blend again.
- Roll mixture into balls using 1 tablespoon per ball.
- Freeze for 1 hour, then store in airtight container in fridge.
