Spicy Tahini Noodle Stir Fry

Ingredients
8 oz (225 g) spaghetti noodles
10 oz (285 g) veggie slaw mix (cabbage, broccoli, carrots)
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp tamari
For the spicy tahini sauce:
2.8 oz (80 g) tahini
2 fl oz (60 ml) tamari
1 fl oz (30 ml) rice vinegar
1 clove garlic
1 tsp grated ginger
1.4 oz (40 g) can coconut milk
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp sriracha
2.8 oz (80 g) tahini
2 fl oz (60 ml) tamari
1 fl oz (30 ml) rice vinegar

1 tsp grated ginger
1.4 oz (40 g) can coconut milk
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp sriracha

Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat sesame oil in skillet. Add slaw mix and tamari. Stir fry for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Mix all sauce ingredients until smooth.
- Toss noodles with cooked slaw and sauce in large bowl and serve.
