Ingredients

11.5 oz (325 g) pumpkin puree (store-bought, or see original recipe)
2 cloves garlic
8.4 oz (240 g) can butter beans, drained
8.4 oz (240 g) can chickpeas, drained, rinsed
2 tbsp tahini (or sub almond butter)
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp paprika
1.7 fl oz (50 ml) lemon juice

Instructions

  • Add pumpkin puree, chickpeas, butter beans, garlic, tahini (or almond butter), maple syrup, cumin, paprika, and lemon juice to blender.
  • Season with salt and blend until smooth. Serve immediately or chill.
