5.2 oz (150 g) lean ground beef
1 tsp 7 spice blend
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp paprika

Instructions
- Heat 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add ground beef, 7 spice blend, cinnamon, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes until browned.
- Crack eggs directly into skillet. Reduce heat to medium. Gently fold with spatula until eggs are nearly set with some liquid remaining (about 5 minutes).
- Transfer to serving dish and enjoy.
