7 oz (200 g) 70% dark chocolate, finely chopped
2 tbsp maple syrup
14 fl oz (400 ml) can light coconut milk
1 tsp cacao powder, plus extra for coating

Instructions
- Melt chocolate over low heat. Stir in coconut milk, maple syrup, and cacao powder until smooth.
- Cool slightly, then refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes until firm but not set.
- Scoop and roll into 12 balls. Coat in cacao powder. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
