One-Pan Lentil Spaghetti

4 cloves garlic, sliced
1 tsp chili flakes
12.3 fl oz (350 ml) tomato sauce
8.5 oz (240 g) canned lentils, drained
handful fresh basil leaves, chopped
5.3 oz (150 g) spaghetti
2 tbsp coconut yogurt

Instructions
- Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in large frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic and chili flakes, then cook 4 to 5 minutes until golden. Add tomato sauce, lentils, two-thirds of basil, and salt. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes to let sauce thicken.
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
- Stir coconut yogurt into sauce and adjust seasoning if needed. Combine sauce with spaghetti. Garnish with remaining basil to serve.
