¼ tsp turmeric
green onion, sliced, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • In pan over medium heat, add tofu, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, paprika, turmeric, and pinch of salt.
  • Stir and break up tofu. Cook until liquid evaporates (about 15 minutes).
  • Serve garnished with green onion if desired.
