4.4 oz (125 g) frozen mixed red fruit
3.5 oz (100 g) cooked beetroot
1.75 oz (50 g) porridge oats
25.6 fl oz (755 ml) unsweetened soy yogurt

Instructions

  • Toast almonds in dry skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes until golden. Let cool.
  • Blend frozen fruit, beetroot, oatmeal, and half of soy yogurt until smooth.
  • Serve with remaining yogurt and top with almonds.
