Ingredients

2 tbsp coconut oil
3 ¼ tbsp maple syrup
1.4 oz (40 g) almonds, finely chopped
1 tbsp flaxseed meal
1.4 oz (40 g) pumpkin seeds
1.05 oz (30 g) sesame seeds
2.45 oz (70 g) sunflower seeds

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 285°F (140°C). Melt coconut oil in small pot. Mix in syrup and pinch of sea salt.
  • Add almonds, flaxseed meal, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, and sunflower seeds. Stir until coated.
  • Spread on lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until golden. Let cool, then break into pieces and store in airtight container. Serve with your favorite yogurt or milk.
