Ingredients

1.1 oz (30 g) whey protein powder (mocha or vanilla)
7 oz (200 g) Greek yogurt
3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
2.7 fl oz (80 ml) coffee
4 wheat crackers or biscuits
1 tsp cacao powder, for garnish

Instructions

  • In mixing bowl, whisk together whey protein powder, Greek yogurt, and almond milk until smooth.
  • Pour coffee into small bowl. Dip crackers/biscuits for 10 to 15 seconds each (just enough to flavor without making soggy).
  • In jar or bowl, place 2 dipped biscuits at bottom, top with half of protein yogurt mix, then layer remaining 2 biscuits and yogurt mix.
  • Dust with cacao powder. Serve immediately.
