4 skinless cod filets (6 oz / 170 g each)
1 tbsp fresh dill, minced
1 tbsp chives, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lemon, zested

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat cod dry and season with salt and pepper.
  • In bowl, combine 3 tablespoons olive oil, herbs, garlic, and lemon zest. Brush herb mixture over fish, coating both sides. Squeeze half lemon over fish. Cut remaining lemon half into wedges.
  • Bake for 14 to 18 minutes until fish flakes easily. Serve with lemon wedges.
