1 lb (454 g) 95% lean ground beef
1.8 oz (50 g) Ritz® crackers (12 crackers), crushed
1.8 oz (50 g) green onions, chopped
2 tbsp tamari
2 tbsp garlic, minced

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). In large bowl, combine beef, crackers, green onions, tamari, garlic, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon black pepper. Mix gently by hand. Shape into walnut-sized balls.
  • Arrange on lined and greased baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes until golden and cooked through. Serve warm over rice (optional).
