8.5 fl oz (250 ml) whole milk
2.6 oz (75 g) mature Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease pie pan, then line with pastry.
- Fry bacon until golden and drain on paper towels. Cook leek in bacon fat for 5 minutes over high heat.
- In bowl, beat eggs and milk. Mix in cheese, bacon, and leek. Season with ground black pepper. Pour into pie dish and bake until golden and set (about 25 to 30 minutes).
- Once ready, let cool for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
