2 tbsp rice vinegar
pinch of granulated sugar
1 small red onion, finely diced
0.7 oz (20 g) nori sheets, finely chopped
16.9 oz (480 g) chickpeas, drained

Instructions

  • In large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and sugar. Season with salt and pepper.
