7 oz (200 g) frozen raspberries
1 oz (30 g) goji berries
2 tsp maple syrup

Instructions
- Soak goji berries in hot water for 10 minutes.
- Peel grapefruit and cut into large chunks. Peel and grate ginger.
- In blender, combine raspberries, 3.4 fl oz (100 ml) water, grapefruit, drained goji berries, ginger, and maple syrup. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
