2.75 oz (80 g) pitted dates
1 oz (30 g) coconut flakes
1.5 oz (40 g) almonds
¼ tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Toast coconut flakes in dry pan until golden. Set aside.
  • In food processor, blitz dates, almonds, cinnamon, and peanut butter until sticky. Form into balls.
