2 tbsp honey
1.25 lbs (560 g) pork tenderloin, halved

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season pork with salt and pepper, then rub with harissa and honey.
- In ovenproof skillet, heat 2 teaspoons oil over medium-high heat. Add pork and cook for 2 to 4 minutes per side. Place skillet in oven and roast for 8 to 12 minutes, or until internal temp is 140 to 145°F (60 to 63°C).
- Rest for 10 minutes. Slice and serve with juices.
