Instructions

  • Stack two 12-inch sheets of aluminum foil to hold each salmon piece. Brush with ½ tablespoon olive oil.
  • Layer salmon, tomatoes, and basil. Season with salt and pepper, then drizzle ½ tablespoon olive oil. Seal tightly.
  • Bake at 500°F (260°C) for 10 to 12 minutes. Let rest for 1 minute. Open and serve with juices.
