1 medium apple, grated
1 tbsp. maple syrup
1½ cups (350ml) almond milk, unsweetened
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. ground flax
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
¼ tsp. ground nutmeg

Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients together in a container, cover with a lid and place in the refrigerator to chill for at least two hours or overnight.
- Remove from the refrigerator and top with favourite toppings.
