Instructions

  • Mix cottage cheese, milk, chia seeds, honey, vanilla extract, and pinch of salt in bowl.
  • Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes, then stir. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Divide between bowls and top with blueberries. Serve.
