3 ½ tbsp (48 g) chia seeds
2 tbsp (42 g) honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
2.5 oz (74 g) blueberries

Instructions
- Mix cottage cheese, milk, chia seeds, honey, vanilla extract, and pinch of salt in bowl.
- Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes, then stir. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Divide between bowls and top with blueberries. Serve.
