1 fl oz (30 ml) rice vinegar
0.9 oz (25 g) coconut sugar
2 tbsp chili sauce (e.g., sambal oelek, sriracha)
1 lb (450 g) tempeh, crumbled

Instructions
- Mix tamari, vinegar, sugar, and chili sauce in bowl. Stir until sugar dissolves.
- Heat 3 tablespoons olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add tempeh, season lightly with salt, and cook 7 to 9 minutes, stirring occasionally until golden.
- Reduce heat to low. Add sauce and stir constantly until thick and glossy (about 1 minute).
