Instructions

  • Mix tamari, vinegar, sugar, and chili sauce in bowl. Stir until sugar dissolves.
  • Heat 3 tablespoons olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add tempeh, season lightly with salt, and cook 7 to 9 minutes, stirring occasionally until golden.
  • Reduce heat to low. Add sauce and stir constantly until thick and glossy (about 1 minute).
