Instructions
- Mix milk with 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar and vanilla extract in small bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- In large bowl, sift flour, baking powder, and ½ teaspoon salt.
- Add sugar, melted oil, and milk mixture. Mix gently until just combined.
- Preheat waffle maker to medium heat.
- Scoop 4 fl oz (120 ml) batter into center. Close and cook according to waffle maker instructions.
