1 lb (450 g) 93% lean ground turkey
2 green onions, chopped
1 oz (30 g) spinach, chopped
1 tbsp tamari
1 egg
1 oz (30 g) corn flour

Instructions

  • In large bowl, combine ground turkey, ¾ teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, green onions, spinach, tamari, and egg.
  • Stir in corn flour and mix until fully combined.
  • Divide mixture into 4 equal portions and form into patties, about 4 inches wide and 2 inches thick.
  • Heat 1 teaspoon oil in frying pan over medium heat. Cook patties until browned and cooked through (about 10 to 15 minutes per side).
