2 tbsp garlic, grated
1 lb (450 g) 95% lean ground beef
2 tbsp tamari
2 tbsp coconut sugar

Instructions
- Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in wok or large skillet over high heat. Add ginger and garlic and stir continuously until golden (about 30 seconds).
- Add ground beef and 1 teaspoon salt. Break up with spoon and cook until no longer pink (about 3 minutes).
- Stir in tamari and coconut sugar. Cook for 1 more minute until glossy.
