2 tbsp parsley, chopped
1 ½ tbsp basil leaves, chopped
7.5 oz (210 g) cottage cheese

Instructions
- In bowl, combine tomatoes, capers, parsley, basil, and ½ tablespoon olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Toss gently and let marinate for 10 minutes.
