Ingredients

For the base:
  6 medjool dates, pitted
  3 tbsp oat milk
  2.1 oz (60 g) peanut butter
  2.1 oz (60 g) cocoa powder
For the ganache filling:
  2.8 oz (80 g) dark chocolate
  1.5 oz (45 ml) oat milk

Instructions

  • In bowl, combine all base ingredients, add ¼ teaspoon salt, and mix until sticky dough forms. Add some water if too dry.
  • Divide into 6 portions. Press each portion into muffin tin to form cups.
  • Melt chocolate and stir in milk to make ganache.
  • Spoon filling into cups.
  • Chill until set.
