Ingredients

4 oz (120 ml) unsweetened almond milk
10.6 oz (300 g) vegan mayo
0.25 oz (7 g) fresh parsley, finely chopped
0.25 oz (7 g) fresh chives, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
0.15 oz (4 g) fresh dill, chopped
1 tsp dried dill
¼ tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

  • Add ½ tablespoon white vinegar to measuring cup. Fill with almond milk to reach ½ cup (4 oz). Let sit for 10 minutes to curdle.
  • In bowl, whisk together curdled mixture and all remaining ingredients. Season with 1 teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon pepper and mix until well combined.
  • Serve immediately or store in airtight container in fridge for up to 1 week.
