Crispy Baked Cauliflower Bites

Ingredients
1 head medium cauliflower (around 23 oz/650 g)
5.3 oz (150 g) all-purpose flour
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried basil
½ tsp paprika
4 oz (120 ml) oat milk

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line baking tray with parchment paper. Separate cauliflower into florets.
- In large bowl, mix all remaining ingredients, add 4 oz (120 ml) water, and season with salt and pepper. Dip each floret into batter, shake off excess, and place on baking tray. Avoid overcrowding or pouring extra batter over florets.
- Bake for 15 minutes, flip each floret, then bake for another 5 to 10 minutes until golden and crispy. Serve with Creamy Vegan Ranch.
