16.2 fl oz (480 ml) oat milk
1 tsp cinnamon, plus more for garnish
2 tbsp maple syrup
5.5 oz (155 g) plums, sliced

Instructions
- Toast oat bran in saucepan over medium heat for 30 to 60 seconds, stirring frequently.
- Add oat milk, 16.2 fl oz (474 ml) water, cinnamon, and maple syrup. Bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer. Whisk until thickened, about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Remove from heat and divide into bowls. Top with plums and sprinkle with cinnamon. Enjoy!
